thank you, I did this practice for the first time today. Such a beautiful class and very accessible. When I've tried other Kundalini classes often it felt like jumping into the deep the end, this felt more like wading in, and enjoying the stillness and pleasure of the water. I am curious to see how this practice integrates and effects my life as I continue with the program.
