This is part 2 in Crista's series on Eka Pada Koundinyasana A and B. In this class you will do Koundinyasana Fun I over again, then progress onto stage two, which will help you move from eka pada koundinyasana II to eka pada koundinyasana I. The intelligent sequence that Crista takes you through not only prepares your body and mind for the more difficult parts, but she also provides insight and encouragement (along with a few giggles) along the way. You can find both classes together in Peak Pose: Pose Dedicated to the Sage Koundinya I, which is on our Peak Pose Challenges page.

My first time with this class... but not my last, I'll be back for more. Challenging, but well-paced and coached - excellent as always Christa. The time flew and I feel great. Thank you!
Great arm balances, hip stretches and splits practice. And I like the repetition at the start of each sequence. Even a nice long savasana at the end. Om!
I really enjoyed this class. Christa's choreography is always unique, but it's her fun and goofy spirit that really makes me enjoy her classes. This class is my favorite of hers that I've tried so far. Sometimes I catch myself taking yoga way too seriously (bit of a reflection on how I take life way too seriously) and she reminds me that yoga (and life) is best practiced with a smile, a laugh, and perhaps a beautifully sung mantra :)
Great! Great! Great!
