Challenge Yourself to 14 or 30 Days of Yoga
What better way to kick off 2018 than to do a Yoga Challenge?
Over the past few years, we have designed and created six yoga challenges, including two for beginner, three for intermediate and one for advanced students. Four of them are 30-Day Yoga Challenges and two of them are 14-Day Yoga Challenges. Go to our Yoga Challenges page to see them all. (Note: Transform Your Life 30-Day Challenge includes both beginner and intermediate levels)
We will be hosting our annual 30-Day Yoga Challenge beginning on January 1st, 2018. If you would like to join along with thousands of others, here's how:
- Choose a yoga challenge from the Yoga Challenges page.
- Bookmark the page and/or sign up for the 30-day mailing list.
- Share with others on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #yogachallengewithme
- Invite your friends to do it along with you!
At the end of the challenge, we will be giving away a one-year subscription, which you can use yourself or give to a loved one! To enter, post a photo of yourself doing the challenge and hashtag #yogachallengewithme.
Thirty days of yoga has been known to make you feel so happy that you can't stand it! It's also been known to improve energy and well-being, help with anxiety and stress, make you feel more connected to your friends and family, improve your heart health, mental clarity and performance in sports and increase your overall mental state and positive attitude.
