Crazy core work at the beginning of this class, and more shoulder strength and awareness work which is so important for inversions. Great class to bring together everything we've learned over the past week. Absolutely brilliant :-)
Thanks, Rachel, for this series! I did my first full headstand, your version A, feeling that straight aligned strength go from core and sides and to the feet. This is after almost 5 years of daily practice and many half headstands (I was also inspired by a fellow practitioner on Tracey’s Seize the moment, where she managed after years of practice). So thank you again, it felt so great, to go up with integrity and a safe, aligned feeling! Anna
