Intermediate I
Break down of the elements of vinyasa flow yoga, including how to do ujayi breath and move through sun salutations safely. This is meant as a starting point for people new to this style of yoga.

A great intro class. Would definitely recommend to someone starting a flow practice. I felt it was a little too basic for an intermediate "challenge" program, but one thing yoga has taught me to do is slow down and be patient. So in that regard, this class is a good reminder for anyone.

I would have preferred not to have this class in the Intermediate challenge. I treated it as a meditation, but there was so much talking it made that difficult. It was a very good class, just not for this challenge, at least I don't think so but perhaps others really appreciated it!
