Although this vinyasa class packs a punch, it's a gentle intermediate class in terms of difficulty level, with lovely transitions from common poses such as warrior 1 and 2, chair pose and some core work at the end.

This class packs a LOT into less than half an hour! It's more cardio-oriented than most classes here, which is great, but not what I envisioned when reading the description. Really loved this flow, and will come back to it when I'm looking to get my blood flowing :)
