I just got started after a nasty spine injury and although I am doing my best, I still can't do all the poses, I can't even hold my balance but I will keep trying! This is only my 3rd day, I have been doing both "beginners" and the other video offered, twice a day. I believe that it will get better by day 30 :)

Your title for this class is perfect for what you offer. What I really like about this class is you don't rely on repetitive chaturangas to get energy flowing. This class is creative, and I truly feel more energized, rather than wiped out. Thank you for fitting so much in 20 minutes, including stretches.

Wow, what a 20 something mins can do for me!!! Very powerful and at times, challenging. I used to practice yoga on the daily basis for 4 years, and then I stopped. That was 14 years ago. I was able to do the wheel post then, but couldn't fully accomplish it this morning. Feeling a bit discouraged...sigh.... Looks like I will be coming back for more to build strength!!!

Loved this, even though a bit advanced for me in places. i am inspired to know what I can work towards. I could not do the wheel at all but i think my body will love that pose when I build the strength for it!

This class was very very fast paced. I struggled to keep up, falling behind whenever I looked at the screen to see what we sere supposed to be doing. I will have to watch it a few more times before I am able to keep pace with Fiji. Once I have it down pat, I expect it will be a powerful class. I think this should be classified as level difficult though.

Although only 23 minutes, this class sure packs a punch with Fiji's fast pace there were occasions where I struggled to keep up and keep my breathing in check. I've watched the video again afterwards in an attempt to really understand what's needed to get into and out of every pose and where to breathe in/out - with courage and composure! If you're not used to vinyasa classes, I would recommend watching this a couple of times before getting onto the mat. I'm sure that when I do the class again, I will find it hugely beneficial.

Great, core-heavy workout with emphasis on a lot of traditional bodyweight training methods such as planks and hollows. Great care and emphasis put on shoulders, which I am glad to see. One of the more physically challenging intermediate level workouts I've done so far. Thanks!

This was pretty tough, but good. I've been stuck as an advanced beginner for years and this class was difficult for me, but hopefully I'll be able to do it more easily with time.

I thought 20 minutes were not going to be enough... Well I was wrong! Not sure if at this intensity I would have last 45 to an hour class. Well done Fiji as always great routine!
I'm starting to see the benefits of doing the 30 days challenge as to try new things and see that they also work and fit. Thanks DYWM
