Taking it slower means really paying attention to form and I like that. I feel really good after this class and, as someone else noted, there's more to this than might meet the eye!

Seemingly simple poses provide great stretches. I like how David explained that there are spaces between the joints and that we need to make space by stretching. I like knowing why certain stretches are beneficial to the body.
