i love Christa's classes! The sequences are creative and so "utilitarian", cos one pose might have a variation that stretches so many parts at the same time and i like my whole body is nicely stretched out! The classes always work in some kind of core and hip sequences which are super important to me. Thank you for your great energy Christa!

Nice, quick, energizing session. I usually do a few vinyasas to warm up prior to Crista's classes since she tends to jump right in and I have some lower back issues that require some extra stretching and warming up, but her classes are challenging and fun, and her teaching style is positive and supportive without being over the top. Yes, when I teach classes regularly I always start with 4 sun salutations prior to getting creative with sequencing, but these classes are shorter so we just get right to it :)
