This class seems to do everything in 20 minutes - twisting, backbending, core work and hamstring, hip and lower back stretches! And true to its name, Crista helps you experience how to move into a handstand by 'hopping on your hands'. This class is challenging, fun and rewarding.

I´ve enjoyed every Crista's class, this one was so good and finished so fast . I have integrated much more her classes when she share with us a nice intention in the beginning and a deep closure at the end with some breathing exercises.
