Hop On Your Hands
This class seems to do everything in 20 minutes - twisting, backbending, core work and hamstring, hip and lower back stretches! And true to its name, Crista helps you experience how to move into a handstand by 'hopping on your hands'. This class is challenging, fun and rewarding.

What a perfect little yoga session ! I don't know why it's taken me so long to give this class a try. I think I was scared off by the 'Hop on your Hands" title. I've been struggling with wrist issues lately so have been avoiding anything that puts excess weight on them. However, I shouldn't have judged this class by it's 'cover', as the hand hopping section was super brief. I'll definitely be coming back to this class whenever I need a quick little pick me up, thank-you Christa and DYWM :)
