I woke up with a very stiff back and hips. This was just the remedy I needed. Thank you so much, Julia!

It's hard for me to take the time to devote to yin, even though I recognize the value. I appreciated the poses plus the words of encouragement and acknowledgement that it's hard to sit with your physical and emotional feelings. In that way, this is beyond a beginning practice. Thank you, Julia, for reminding us the importance of softening and facing our discomfort. I see the power in you.

My hips and back feel so great! I modified the saddle pose today but am looking forward to working up to the full version of that one over time as I keep this class in my rotation. Lovely!
