Crista's unique approach will not only do that - with style! - she'll have you doing foot balances, arm balances, arm binds, deep stretches for the shoulders, legs and lower back and, of course, core work. Her smile and fun energy will carry you through the many tough, challenging parts of this class, encouraging you to move, stretch and push your body to the limits in a thorough, satisfying way.

Thank you Crista. I had a terribly stressful day and needed to stretch it and puff it all out. I didn't pay attention to the level of the class, and I went ahead and did the whole class. I found it quite challenging for me but not out of my reach either. I finally checked the level to find out that it was Advanced. I am really excited about that now and have the hope and determination to keep on doing yoga and try classes that are really challenging. You also have a lovely voice and finished the practice in a very soothing way. I found this class very strengthening as well. I really loved all of it.
I love how Crista seems like she's overflowing with joy! This is a challenging class for an intermediate student, but it gives me plenty to work toward.
I will come back for the hip opening often. Thank you for the song at the end. It was gorgeous.
