I enjoyed this class so much! I feel great overall my body - hips, shoulders and neck. I didn’t know much about you Crista but now I’m falling :) Loved the little singing at the end of the class.
I found this to be quite challenging (I consider myself intermediate) but still mostly accessible for me and my tight hamstrings. Crista's voice is always fun to listen to, and listening to her sing the mantra at then end was a soothing, lovely way to seal the practice.
