Really enjoyed this class. Love using the block to extra stretch and lengthen. A real keeper!

Very nice session. Basha helps you stretch you like a rubber band. I'm going to Save this video as an optional warm up before pole fitness classes as it stretched my hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and through the traps. Totally what is needed!

Basha is wonderfully supportive in leading this class. The use of one block to create tension between the legs was powerful. The variation of compass pose was new to me. This class challenges the core strength and balance in a pattern that moves away from my traditional practice. Nice and refreshing.

This class is so good at releasing whatever I need to release in my hips that I did it for two consecutive practices with one rest day in between. It also provides a really solid core and arm workout. I'll definitely be back again - thank you!
