I'm 53 years old. I had a daily yoga practice much of my adult life but have stepped back in recent years. This is one of the first yoga classes I did on this site and now having done many of the other ones- which have all been great - I still love coming back to this class and stretching out my tight hips. Michelle has such a wonderful way of presenting her tips and insight that she always makes me smile. Some day, I'll take the bus for the full trip, but right now I am happy to get off at happy baby :)

I've done this class several times now, and I finally was able to get to the final pose, Yoga Nidrasana. It wasn't as pretty as yours, but hopefully someday! Thank you for the wonderful class!
