In this jivamukti inspired practice, Jonni-Lyn guides you through our exploration of hanumanasana, or monkey pose. Learn to connect with the devotion and bravery that this pose's namesake, hanuman, was famous for. For this class, it is recommended to have 2 blocks, a blanket and a strap, however this is entirely optional.

I really enjoyed this, thank you Joni-Lynn! Did this as day 24 of New Year's 2020 challenge and am really grateful to this challenge for introducing me to new styles and teachers, as I tend to always go to the same wonderful vinyasa classes/teachers but I'm enjoying the variety of pace and challenge.
