If you want more flexibility around your pelvis, you couldn't find a better class. In 60 minutes you will improve the range of motion in your hips, groin, hip flexors, hamstrings and back. Rachel teaches yoga teachers for a living, which is evident in her style and clarity. She's an incredible instructor to watch, and learning from her is a unique experience.

I really enjoyed the very clear and timely cues and the wonderful progression of the class that opened my hips. However, apart from flying pigeon at the end there were no other advanced postures in this class. Thought I'd just share so people know what to expect!

I am going to do this class for the second time now in not even a week's time. It has everything I love: hip opening work, hand balancing, leg balancing, twists and the teacher has the down-to-earth instructor style that I love. Just perfect!

I woke up this morning in need of a hip stretching and found this HEAVENLY CLASS! Boy was it awesome, I had to create an account to just review this class. Though I could not keep up with all the poses, still feels a great class for anyone looking for hip and glute stretch!!
Looking forward to more new Rachel's classes.

I was so happy to find this class on my Facebook account early this morning. I love the fact that by "liking" DoYogaWithMe on Facebook keeps me informed when a new class is added. I loved it, and lets just say I found new space in my HIPS that I did not know I had. Thank You, Love & Light Jeannie
