Rachel delivers a full body warming practice and very happy hips. She and Ron are the two teachers that get me into, enjoying and benefiting from chair pose. I’ll work on that elsewhere but I’m grateful for Rachel getting the body ready to do the deeper hip work progressively. Brava always, Rachel!
