Tight hamstrings can cause all kinds of problems, such as lower back pain, neck pain and muscle cramps, as well as limit the range of motion in your hips and knees. Releasing your hamstrings can improve the efficiency of your running or cycling, improve recovery from workouts, increase circulation to your feet and make your legs feel much better. This class is good for all kinds of reasons, for all kinds of people.

Such a goodie! Perfect length and doesn't feel like a short class.. My whole body feels energized and relaxed with my legs feeling rejuvenated and stretched after doing this class.

I decided to do do this class before walking and after a 5 min overall warmup because my hamstrings and hips were too tight yesterday and impacted my walking routine. I gave it 4 stars only because I don't think it's a beginner II class. It was very challenging for me but I am glad I did it and will come back to it 3-4 mornings every week before walking. Great class David. Thank you
