Headstand Pose: Full Pose and Variations
This is the third in a series of three classes that prepare your body and mind to go upside down into headstand pose (sirsasana). Crista takes everything that you learned in the first two class and helps you establish arm and head placement, the subtle shift of weight and the energy and strength that you need in your body to lift, hold and lower with control. I was almost put off by the fact it was advanced but actually it was fine for an intermediate student with some un-bendy parts, And I loved the beautiful prayer at the end, perfect.
