What a perfect stretch to end a busy day! I'm starting to love practicing Yin at least once a week. Thank you, Nyk!
I liked the variety of moves but would prefer less talking, I found it distracting.
Was very much looking forward to doing this class however found the lengthy explanations somewhat distracting so had to step away from it after 30 minutes. Will come back to it when my headspace has cleared a bit ;-)
Yin yoga is mostly not my cup of tea, but I loved this one. Starting from the head and neck instead of rushing to the hips, cueing and guidance during the poses, pacing not too fast not too slow, Nyk using two students to demo different variations, chanting in the end….just perfect.
Only little thing I would have suggested…introducing the props in the beginnning (or did I just miss it?)
Anyways, a gib thumsup from me :-)

YAY an Yin convert! thanks for the feedback. The props are always written in the class description.
