Thank you. I've been doing this class daily for a week and noticed a big difference in my spine mobilty but also in my left hip rotation which seems to have been freed up as a result!
I enjoyed this gentle class and the benefits of many different twists. However I don’t think the title is very accurate as this class really is about twists which is only 2 directions of the spine. I had expected backbends, forward folds, and lateral extensions as well.
I've been recovering from my top rib elevating (and other concomitant cervical spine issues) for the past week and this class has been an excellent addition to chiropractic care and other body work as I gently work my way back to my practice. Thank you.
Exactly what I needed this morning - rib out a bit in my back and will be seeing chiropractor later; however, this short sweet practice definitely helped loosen and release tension around my spine. Thank you!
Good instructions with this gentle class. Really gives you time to work out the kinks in your spine and hips. Love the reminders for alignment and breathing.
