Good instructions with this gentle class. Really gives you time to work out the kinks in your spine and hips. Love the reminders for alignment and breathing.

I've had issues with lower back pain and often wake in the early hours with a niggly back and legs. This practice seems to set me up very well for a good night's sleep. Thank you Sarah Jane.
