It's a lovely way to prepare for a good night's sleep, to get you out of bed to start your day or to provide a much needed break in the middle of the day. Excellent class!!!.. so much tension relieved and it is easy to follow, slow pace...
It would be better if the voice were slightly louder than the ocean sound. It is difficult sometimes to hear the instructions.
Any time I have a headache, or a cold, this is the class that I do. It helps me feel relaxed, and my headache usually goes away during the practice. My dog has decided that she enjoys this class too, because she gets a head message during Savasana. Thank you so much for the sound of waves, and the chance to do yoga in the privacy of my home with my dog.
this was a first for me, took a while to get it. Had to look up alternatives as I couldn’t get proper balance. otherwise great !
