I have a cold and am feeling a bit weak, plus have been overwhelmed by work, so this was JWIN. Even though during the second half of the practice, one of my cats found a mouse and was chasing it around near my yoga mat. EEK!! Broke the magic spell a little bit, but I still stayed present in the practice, haha. I guess that is a testament to just how good Melissa and this practice is. :)

This was a lovely class with so many reminders to be kind to ourselves. Excellent shoulder openers, too! I loved the sound of the ocean--so much better than music.
