I loved this lesson. Thank you Melissa. Exactly the right pace - very relaxing and yet one has a good stretch at the same time. That is what I like about your lessons - I feel like i relax due to the steady slowish pace and your voice but I also feel like I have given my body a bit of stretching. I especially enjoyed taking a full breath between poses.
