Loved this. It is perfect for winding down at the end of a long day of sitting. My back and hips feel so much better. Melissa's voice is soothing, and her reminders to take care of ourselves are so encouraging. Thank you Melissa!

Really great for someone just returning to yoga practice after 20 plus years! Love her serene voice, and the reminders that it's okay if you can't do the full poses yet.

I will come back to this video again when I need some serious unwinding after a long day. This first time I did the practice at home in the morning, and I found it a little too slow for what I was after, I recommend keeping a blanket close if you get cold easily like me. ;) Great instructions as always though and my body feels a lot happier!
