David, you are my guru and hero! Thanks again for your wonderful class. I've been moving road base after torrential rain rutted my driveway here in Oz, and again, I am so glad to have your classes always at my fingertips so I can release tension and prevent spasm, especially in the lower back. The subscription cost is so very reasonable!! I too wasn't sure about the exact position of the flannel, so I put it just above the sacrum across the top of the pelvis. Also I'm enjoying the morning kapalabhati breathing, and at 67 I'm going good!
