David, you are my guru and hero! Thanks again for your wonderful class. I've been moving road base after torrential rain rutted my driveway here in Oz, and again, I am so glad to have your classes always at my fingertips so I can release tension and prevent spasm, especially in the lower back. The subscription cost is so very reasonable!! I too wasn't sure about the exact position of the flannel, so I put it just above the sacrum across the top of the pelvis. Also I'm enjoying the morning kapalabhati breathing, and at 67 I'm going good!

Really clear instruction if you watch and listen, too. It really helped release a stiff back and hips after a long day of traveling. Thanks for this video!

I echo what was said above; the instructions were beautifully clear - except for the flannel, I'm not sure if I got that positioned properly. I also need to find some tennis balls so had to skip that bit. I will definitely be back to this tomorrow though, so thank you for making me want to repeat it!

This is such an excellent and helpful video. Challenging yet relaxing at the same time. I always appreciate David's calm and compassionate approach. Excellent cueing and attention to alignment.
