Hatha Yoga for the Hands, Arms and Shoulders
Releasing the muscles of the hands, arms and shoulders is so beneficial for everyone, without exception. In particular, this class is great if you want to help prevent or heal joint problems such as arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, improve performance at the office or in your chosen sport, improve posture or just feel better. As David says, the key is understanding alignment and moving in a way that encourages release and allows you to let go of stress.

Wow! Very effective, easy (mostly...my tight spots motivate me to come back to this class). Thanks David, and especially for the explanation of which index finger is on the outside. That really helped dyslexic me. Namaste
