I practiced yoga years ago, nearly every day and loved it. Then life got busy and the next thing I knew I was in my 40's and terribly stressed and stiff. I was really hopeful when I found this series because I thought maybe this would actually be beginner class that I could ease back into it with. Unfortunately that wasn't the case for me. At the end of this class all I feel is frustrated, defeated and I have a tremendous amount of shoulder tension. The instructor transitions too quickly without enough explanation of what she's doing so I felt like I was constantly trying to catch up or figure out what was happening with my limbs. Also I can't do child's pose because of a problem with my leg but she offered no alternative to it so I just had to sit there and wait for her to move on. I'm familiar with yoga so if I'm left feeling this way I can't imagine how someone completely new to practice would feel. Very disappointed.
