I found this class to be a bit too boring and breathing focused for me personally.
Melissa after a stressful cross country move and a shoulder injury I have been away from yoga for an extended time. My doctor recommended that I get back to it and I started this morning with this wonderful class in the 30 day challenge. I feel calm and well stretched and ready to continue.
