I did your 7 day Beginner challenge and your movement and voice is so calming to me that I really looked forward to my class everyday. Now I am starting the 30dat Transform your life challenge. Looking forward to meeting some other instructors and trying a little variety of style , pace and movement, but was thrilled that you did the lead in for class 1 to start with a familiar voice and expectation.

I belong to the the place where this hath yoga practice started(if not get popularized), namely Gorakhpur,U.P. by Guru Gorakhh Nath ji. But sadly enough,I have no clue how to do it! Its great to utilize this lock down time learning yoga :)
