...of a challenge. I'm realizing after being consistent with yoga for the past year that my arms and shoulders are a bit weak. This was a perfect amount of challenge for me.
This was challenging but not too much so.
The poses were not held for too long and the class length was good. Nice to have something challenging at this stage in the 30day challenge
