A nice practice and Anatasia is a good teacher however....

This is challenging for beginners/new to intermediate poses. You need wrist/hand/arm strength. I would, in my opinion, have a few more wrist exercises/breaks in between the poses.

Overall, a good arm / hand practice to build strength.
