I felt like it was a normal class but somebody asked Fiji to try and compress it in twenty something minutes (especially the beginning and the end)

I liked the sequence, but there was no opportunity to linger in any of the poses. Perhaps I'm not skilled enough yet, but it was too fast for me, too.

I've had chronic tightness in my right leg hamstrings since a lower back incident. This class is relatively short but super to the point. Does the job in a lovely way.
