I sought these two classes out because my arm was very sore post-vaccine, but they're excellent classes in their own right! I loved the balance work and will come back to these even without the sore arm! Rachel's enthusiasm and excellent cues make the classes fun, too. Thanks!
So great! Was very stressed when I broke my hand last week that I would lose my hand balance loving yoga practice in the healing process. This set of classes has brought me joy and fulfillment in this time. thank you!
With 6 weeks of a broken hand ahead of me, these classes are an absolute life saver for my body and my sanity! Thank you for putting them together! If you or DYWM feels like doing an advanced legs/wrist free class in the next month (haha) ...I wouldn't say no : )
What a nice practice with some fun and challenging poses. It's nice to give my wrists a rest. I love it. Thank you.
