Working with Impermanence one, this week. Seems to me I need to " close off my apps that are running in the background!"
Hi David, I was wondering if you did the Focus session for a week and at the end of the first week, you still have trouble keeping your attention on your breath and still have a wandering mind, should you do the Focus session for another week? Or should you just move on to spaciousness?
I strain my neck during meditation. I can't relax my neck. It's the same with the lower back. How to relax it?
