She'll explain everything you need to know to start your very own yoga practice at home such as how to avoid hurting yourself, how to know when you're doing it 'right', and how to choose classes based on your needs.

A wonderful introductory session, so clear and gentle and beneficial. I have an intermediate level of experience with yoga, but am coming back to my practice after almost 2 years of intense physical therapy, healing with Multiple Sclerosis. So I really appreciated being able to ease into it from the ground up.
