I must have groaned like 7 or 8 times throughout this video and I would consider myself an advanced practitioner! I didn't even notice that the video was out of sync until near the end and even when I noticed, it didn't bother me at all. I relied on Josh's gentle voice to guide me to the end of the practice and I didn't have to look at the screen at all. Great practice. Thanks!
