Awesome class! I felt very proud of myself because I was able to follow the whole class through, and Josh deserves most of the credit for it. Clear instructions, very well structured class, perfect pace and an endearing style to turn a rather demanding practice into a fantastic, very enjoyable yoga class. Thank you Josh!

The video and sound did not sync about half way through.
However, I liked some of the poses and the use of core, balance, and glutes.
I was happy to see Josh laugh, etc.
