Thank you Melissa, as always you inspire with your lesson. Lovely and slow but still lots of good stretches and I loved the affirmations.

Thank you Melissa, this was a beautiful way to be gentle with myself and still practice. I feel much more at rest and calm after this class. I feel I will be returning to this one over the holiday period :)
