This sweetly luxurious gentle yoga class is designed by Satiya to be deeply restorative, relaxing and rejuvenating. You spend most of the class lying down, the rest seated, and you complete the class with a wonderful savasana. Satiya helps you release your hips, hamstrings, lower back, hip flexors and upper back in a calm, mindful way. This yoga class is a particularly effective yoga for seniors class, since it helps you adjust your yoga practice as you move into your sixties.

Wonderful! Perfect blend of stretching and a calming voice which created a sense of calm in my mind and body.
Absolutely juicy.
Lovely. Almost. Like restorative.
lovely
Thank you Satiya
Perfect on a lazy day. Thanks a million👍😁
Such a lovely class.
Such a lovely practice. Thank you so much Satiya. I love your clear, concise guidance and the movement in this practice if perfect for my needs.
Beautiful session. It flew by so peacefully. Thank you!
Thank you Satyia. Another wonderful session with you.
Such a beautiful practice - full of dedikation even in the most simple asanas, yet still very calming and relaxing. I feel my body from top to toe, and I like being inside of it - right here, right now. Thank you, Satiya.
Such good release ! Thank you Satiya, for the calm & clear guidance!
Lovely!
Love your practices Satiya! For the sore parts of my body, they are a bliss.
The first time I did this I was like ummm, but now, I am totally like YUMMM!
Some beautiful slow, deep work.
Thank you
Wonderful relaxing stretch!
A good, gentle start to the day
Thank you so much, Satiya. This was exactly what I needed after a stressful week <3
Actually surprised at how much this class got my prana moving. :) namaste
I found there to be wonderful cues that facilitate effortless mindfulness in and through poses that led to an excellent practice. Thank you!
Super for a stressful Sunday evening
I struggled with some of the poses but still enjoyed the practice. I practice in the morning and definitely think this practice would be more rewarding if saved for evening. I was looking forward to a relaxing savasana as detailed in the description but there wasn’t one.
Good grounding class, I especially liked the guided sequence at the start, helped to quiet my mind. THanks.
Excellent stress reducer with a few poses that I do not see very often, but will definitely do again. Thanks!
Lovely calming class. The breath work and gentle poses helped me release a lot of tension. Thank you.
Relaxing
I couldn’t do some of the poses. But I was able to do the hip twist with both shoulders on the mat, normally I couldn’t. I need to do this class again. Thank you, Satiya.
Very relaxing helping to release a lot of tension in the body. Thank you Satiya.
excellent class to end a day. I realised how thight my thighs were from doing long fast walks, really appreciated the release on the hips as well.
Thank you, Namaste
Nice after work
Calm, gentle, and easy.
Lovely stretches, breathing through the stretches and releases. Thank you
Thank you Satiya. But this one is not my favorite, most of the poses I couldn't do.
It was really very relaxing and sthrentening at the same time.
Thank you.
Fantastic. Will bookmark this for sure.
Thank you. This made me realize how tight my body is
Nice restful de-stress stretching to end the day. Satya's calm energy is lovely to experience.
Rejuvinating
This would be a good evening yoga exercise.
Nice thorough stretching!
Not my favorite.
Goodbye stress of the day
Perfect for Sunday - calming and effective stretches.
Sometimes Satiya’s style isn’t the best fit for me, but I loved everything about this. Definitely bookmarking to visit again.
Lots of good stretches we hadn't done before!
Very nice.
Simply nice!
More of these poses were "not available" to me than any class so far, but that's ok, it's all learning.
Day 20!. Keep them coming.
