This slow-paced, gentle hatha yoga class uses a block and a bolster and plenty of modifications to help ease you into the yoga practice, calm your nerves, slow down your mind and encourage your body to relax. In Sarah's first class with DYWM, she brings her 13 years of teaching experience and certifications in Integrative Yoga Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Functional Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Pain Care Yoga into this all levels class.
