I will do this class a few times! I think it is the best class ever to master the crow pose! Hopefully I will master it! It’s hard to put weight to fingertips and inside palm. Practice practice!

Love reviewing the fundamentals! This series has reminded me of and given me some new tips on maintaining proper form through my practice.
I do have a question about crow pose though. When in crow pose the discomfort where my shin contacts my upper arm bone is intense and prevents me from continuing. I’m not sure if I’m positioning my legs incorrectly or what the problem is. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks Rachel for an inspiring series of classes!
