This hatha flow yoga class with Melissa has a nice, slow and steady pace. She leads you through a safe and thorough practice, with lots of gentle stretching for the whole body. It's a great class for your back and spine, it's relaxing and at times challenging. You'll feel refreshed and grounded at the end of the hour. Expect a few minutes of silence at the start of the practice and a long savasana at the end.

Another wonderful thoughtful class Melissa!
Hi - I was 22:48 into this class when it gave me an error message. I did not see what the error was before I hit "ok." Then it froze at 22:54 and I am unable to get it to play any further. I love Melissa's classes - this is my first time trying to particular video so I hope I'm able to get through the glitches and finish it. Thank you!
I logged in this morning and was very sad to see that you only have 3 classes that are here anymore. Bend and stretch and Oceanside restorative just for 2, so sad, why?
I love the slow flow of the class and the lengthened time in the poses. As a beginner, I have always benefited and enjoyed your detail in the cues. I am not in agreement that you should change your way of teaching. I know everyone has different taste, however, I missed the details and felt the need to look up at times which interrupted the ease of transitioning i to the following pose. I totally enjoyed the slow flow concept and will revisit this class. Thank you.
