This slow-paced hatha yoga class takes you through a full range of poses, lying on our back and front, seated and standing, and works on flexibility, balance and strength. Sarah teaches at a gentle pace, paying close attention to details and offering a choice of movements to help you find what will work with your body today. This is a slightly more challenging beginner class than Sarah's previous ones on this site.

What a lovely practice! Perfect start to the day x
This was my first class with Sarah and I really enjoyed it! Yes, for a more experienced person, it may seem she offers many options, but as one who is teaching classes with a varied mix of students I really appreciated her ease with introducing and offering a number of variations without making it feel tedious. This was a lovely practice and great model for me to apply some ideas in classes - thank you!
The really genuine belief that the 'right' posture or movement is the one that works for your body today underlines this whole practice. It helped me get in my body in a really new way for me. Thank you from London!

Had a lot of variations for poses - forms which was nice especially as I help others practice yoga.

I loved the mood of this practice. It was very soft and the use of suggestion for poses instead of demanding was a nice subtlety (though not a necessity in yoga, I feel). l literally did this whole thing with my eyes clothes which says fantastic and says a lot about the instruction. Thank you, Sarah.
I found this class much more relaxing than I expected and I liked that there were many options with each pose.
Excellent full body gentle flow
This was so delightful for me. During the practice it felt right to bend my knees when face down on the mat (I know it wasn't one of the instructions in this sequence) and I was amazed to discover that I could hold my ankles and stretch the front of my thighs -- I've never even been able to touch my toes in that position!
The movements and flow were nice but the constant “maybe, if, possibly, could” commentary wasn’t appealing to me.

This is as nice class but sadly I can't finish the class today. I h as very been having issues breathing with the weather changes in my area. I will try this class again. Thank you Sarah.

I think this is my favorite video in the challenge so far! I really appreciated Sarah reminding me to check in with how my body feels in each pose and giving me permission to go into different variations when necessary.

This was a very nice put together class. I prefer fewer options and to save them for poses that could cause issues.
A very gentle class that deceptively worked my core. I particularly liked the series of introductory postures as they formed a restful bridge as we moved to the more active part of the class. I did feel that too many options were offered throughout the class along with a bit too much talking for my tastes.

Such gentle joy! This class goes quickly and brings attention and movement to most if not all of the body.
This is lovely - the slow pace really lets you settle into some poses and even build up some heat in some of them. The whole practice is coordinated with the breath, so feels very refreshing.
