Comment:

This was a unique and wonderful class! Fantastic change-ups on some of the more usual flows, and a rhythm & routine that keeps you 100% engaged. Lots of leg work. Feels amazing! I always drooool at getting after that IT band. :)

I have to add, as well, I'm a bit relieved to see that Tracey has not yet donned the face mic. I recognize that you're all trying new things and quite a bit is changing and evolving, and everyone can have some resistance to the growing pains along the way! (Without a doubt I'm seeing *a lot* of feedback about it.) But admittedly, the addition of the mics recently has been a bit jarring. For me, it takes away from the truly wonderful sense of intimacy that the classes here at DYWM are able to offer; makes it feel more like I'm sitting in on a big, impersonal mega-class. I've never had any issues with sound clarity [even in the old days when the classes were set to music! :)], so I'm not sure about the impetus for this change...?

In any case, I'm still wholly, madly in love with all of you, and this entire community. Just a little feedback from an adoring fan. Happy to watch you do what you do for your own growth as you help all of us to grow in monumental strides.

And Tracey, you're such an incomparable staple, role model, and source of strength in my life that I work hard not to forget how stupefyingly blessed I am. Dearly hope for the opportunity to meet you someday. I've done it quite a few times before, but I can never thank you enough for all of the energy, work, and magic you pour into everything you do. <3
