With a focus on arm positions, this intermediate practice with Ron will offer yogis the opportunity to explore arm placement in postures as a way to: help maintain balance, increase shoulder mobility, understand more options for modifying postures to create more ease, or challenge!

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of Cultivate Your Inner Teacher 14-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

This was really nice! I was worried at first when I saw it was tagged as Intermediate II but thankfully I was able to follow along. My limbs feel all loose and flow-y :D

Really enjoyed this, thanks Ron! Great shoulder releases and a nice fun flow
I came to my mat unsure which class to do and found a whole new 15 day challenge ready to get stuck into, yay! This was a great way to start the challenge, really looking forward to the rest of the classes!

Thanks, Ron! You have such fun, uplifting classes. This one really focused on the upper back and shoulders and my legs were still feeling the burn too! It's a quick calmer session for when you have 30 minutes. Thanks!

Thank you for another wonderful class, Ron! An imaginative flows that connects you with the arms and shoulders, their power and flexibility. Ecxcellent for people with overtight shoulders or, at the other extreme, weak and hyperflexible arms. Namaste!
